In March, My Architect started work on the following projects:
NSW
- Warrawee – 70s-style house in a bushland setting needing expansion and a refreshing new look.
- Alexandria – Developing concepts to bring light and volume into a duplex.
- Marrickville – Developing concepts and documentation for a new home on a subdivision block.
- Cremorne – Our client asked us to develop a pre-purchase concept design to allow them to better evaluate a property before committing to buy it.
VICTORIA
- Newtown, Geelong – major renovation of 1900s family home with double storey living at rear to capture magnificent views.
- Ballarat – contemporary additions and restoration of a heritage Victorian cottage by developers targetting professionals with style.
